2005

Founded in 2005 as a humble web design shop, Media Contour quickly evolved into a full-service digital agency. In just seven short years, our creative drive and commitment to quality earned us nearly a hundred awards across digital marketing, web design, logo and campaign design, and beyond.

In 2020, amid the unprecedented challenges of COVID, our founder, Matt, recognized that the digital marketing landscape was shifting. With agencies overcharging for subpar work, it became clear that clinging to our full-service model was no longer fulfilling. Even though we’d long been delivering conversion rate optimization (CRO) services, our clients’ persistent requests—and their willingness to let us experiment—revealed an undeniable truth: our future lay in data-driven conversion optimization.

That realization led Matt to make a bold pivot. We discontinued all other services and dedicated ourselves solely to conversion optimization—a realm where every click, every strategy, and every result is measured and meaningful.

In 2025, to reflect our renewed focus and commitment, Media Contour rebranded as ConversionFlow.

Creating the perfect product should be enough — but it’s not. In it, we’ve found an antidote for the hucksterism so rampant within the wider practice of digital marketing, in which meager results so often meet outsized promises.
